It's certainly an impressive feat of candy engineering. The thought of actually *eating* it totally grosses me out though. Like most people I've talked to, I loved creme eggs as a kid, but now find them so sweet as to be inedible.

Now *that's* style

Alain Ducasse's publicist contacted the Amateur Gourmet, asking him to plug their $320 white truffle tasting menu. Sure, said the Amateur Gourmet, buy me dinner, and I'd love to. Never hurts to ask, right?

Roll-up Pan

What a keen idea! It's still only a prototype, but what a great addition this could be for cooks with too small kitchens, RV-ers and boaters. Going someplace, don't know the quality of their cookware? Just drop it in your pocket. Mostly though, it's just too cool-looking not to like.
